Nestled in one of Brums historic railway arches in the heart of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, The Barrel Store is our city-centre venue, bringing fresh, independent craft beer straight from the source. This cozy yet vibrant bar is all about great beer, tasty food, and a laid-back atmosphere - perfect for everything from post-work pints to weekend meet-ups.

It's also the site of our exciting barrel ageing project, which began in 2023. The barrel-ageing process is all about patience and unpredictability. We’ve filled 21 neutral red wine barrels, where microorganisms are slowly working their magic to develop complex, flavourful beers. It’ll take a while for the first barrels to reach maturity. Since this is a wild, uncontrolled process, not every barrel will make the cut - but we’re hopeful that most will deliver the rich, layered flavours we’re aiming for!
