Based at Attic Brew Co’s second venue, The Barrel Store (Jewellery Quarter), the role will offer kitchen shifts whipping up quality Pizza and bar shifts pouring delicious beer. Full training for the bar & kitchen will be provided, however, ideally the successful candidate would have a minimum of 6-12 months experience working in a kitchen, and a level 2 Food Hygiene certificate.
Kitchen responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare pizza dough, fresh toppings & any other menu items that are cooked in the oven
- Cook the pizzas to order in a timely manner
- Execute customers’ orders considering special requests
- Liaise with the bar staff to ensure the kitchen and service run smoothly
- Prepare pizza dough
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised working station
- Stock management
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow standard recipes and steps
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
