If you’ve spotted a rainbow van cruising around Birmingham lately, that’s us. We’ve turned one of our most iconic can designs into a full-blown vehicle wrap, and we couldn’t be prouder of how it looks.
The project started as a simple idea. We wanted our delivery van to hit the road with the same energy and colour as our flagship beer, Intuition. The design’s flowing rainbow gradient is such a big part of who we are, so we thought, why keep it stuck on a can?
To make it happen, we teamed up with WCC, a commercial vehicle specialist based in the Black Country. These guys handle everything in house, from accident repair and paint to full graphics installations, and they’re serious about detail.
Before they could even think about wrapping it, our van needed a bit of TLC. The replacement
we found had seen plenty of miles in its previous life as a fleet vehicle, so WCC’s repair team
got to work straightening panels, fixing dents, and giving it a smooth, wrap-ready surface.
Then came the fun part. Using the Intuition can as their reference, WCC’s graphics team
recreated the artwork across every curve, door, and panel. The result is a seamless flow of
colour that feels like it’s moving even when the van’s parked. The matte background makes the colours glow, while our gloss logos and Beer of Birmingham slogan pop just enough to make people look twice.
Since it hit the road, the response has been unreal. People have been waving, taking photos,
and tagging us on social media. The reveal post on our channels became one of our most
shared and commented on yet.
We love working with local independents who care about the craft as much as we do, and WCC nailed it. What was once a battered fleet van is now a rolling piece of Birmingham art and the perfect way to deliver beer that looks as good as it tastes.
